Billy Joseph is the founder and Chief Executive Member of Aries Capital Investments, a real estate syndication company that focuses on acquiring, repositioning, and managing value-add multifamily real estate properties in strategic emerging markets.
Billy has over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, including hedge funds, private equity and media and entertainment in managerial roles encompassing accounting, auditing, financial reporting and policy in some of the world’s largest and most prestigious accounting firms and S&P 500 companies.
Billy has been a real estate investor and operator for over 7 years and has experienced the benefits of cashflow, equity appreciation and tax savings. With a fiery passion for financial empowerment, he deeply understands the intricate bond between individuals and their money. Driven by a genuine desire to help others achieve generational wealth, he combines a sharp analytical mind with a heartfelt commitment to building strong relationships. This dynamic approach is the cornerstone of his success in forging trust and creating lasting partnerships.
Billy obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University. Billy is a licensed certified professional accountant in New York.
Christina Meritte is the Director of Investor Relations at Aries Capital Investments, where she leads investor communications, market research, and performance reporting. With a PhD in Experimental Psychology from Rutgers University and over a decade of experience in data analysis and research leadership, she brings a unique analytical perspective to capital markets and investor engagement.
Prior to joining Aries Capital, Christina served as an adjunct professor and held research leadership roles across higher education and nonprofit sectors. Her expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, combined with a deep understanding of behavioral science, allows her to craft effective communication strategies and foster lasting relationships with investors. Christina is instrumental in ensuring transparency, compliance, and investor confidence across all investment operations.
